Eleanor began writing as an advertising copywriter, working for award-winning agencies before transitioning into journalism. Over the years she has written on society, parenting, feminism, health, sustainability and tech for The Guardian, The Observer and The Independent, as well as women's magazines such as Grazia, Red, Psychologies and Marie Claire.
Eleanor’s writing career has also included screenwriting, which she studied at Edinburgh University, and poetry. Her debut book, THANKS FOR SHARING, a narrative non-fiction, was published by Aurum in April 2023. Her first novel, TURN BACK TIME, will be published by Hera in April 2026 and she is also writing original work for TV/Film.
Originally from Oxford, Eleanor lives in Edinburgh with her husband and two teenage children.
